After attending a seminar, your first step is to schedule an Initial Consultation. This appointment allows us to get to know you, discuss your struggles with weight, and understand your goals. Together, we’ll determine the best treatment options for you.
During the consultation, you’ll meet our staff and be assigned a Patient Advocate, who will support you throughout your journey. Before the appointment, we’ll verify your insurance benefits and provide you with a login to our Patient Portal, where you can complete the required medical information for your consultation.
Yes! We offer an online seminar that provides the same information as our in-person sessions, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home. At the end of the seminar, you’ll receive details on how to get started with our program. To register and view the seminar, please click here.
Insurance is the most commonly used method and typically requires proof of medical necessity, as cosmetic procedures are rarely covered. We accept a wide range of insurance providers, including Aetna, BCBS, United Health Care, Medicare, Medicaid, Peachstate, Amerigroup, Wellcare, Caresource, Tricare, Humana, Champus, Cigna Healthspring, Coresource, Allwell, Ambetter (General Surgery ONLY), Geha, and UMR.

Cash pay/self-pay allows you to avoid insurance approval delays and financing fees. In some cases, bundled care packages may be available at reduced costs.
After your Initial Consultation, the next step is to follow your personalized Roadmap. Each Roadmap varies based on required office visits, tests, and clearances.
Your Patient Advocate will guide you through the process, ensuring steady progress.Your Patient Advocate is available via email, phone, and fax to assist with tests, paperwork, and appointment scheduling. Please contact them whenever needed.
